Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are dealt with case by case. Saramai Jewels will not accept Returns or Exchanges of Jewellery items based on a “change of mind”. Due to limited amounts of stock, Saramai Jewels will not Return or Exchange rings where an incorrect finger size has been ordered. Saramai Jewels has the right to refuse the Return or Exchange of any jewellery item. 

All jewellery pieces made by Saramai Jewels are made to the highest quality. Saramai Jewels will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any jewellery pieces.
