Victorian Style Brooch Pendant

The style of this Pendant – brooch is evocative of the Napoleonic jewels of the early 1800’s. The central round cabochon garnet is framed by 4 oval cabochon garnets, set to NS WE and separated by 4 stylised Fleur – de Lis motifs of freshwater pearls. The bale, with 3 small faceted garnets, is hinged, so that when the piece is worn as a brooch it can be folded down behind the frame.
