Within Australia, parcels are sent using Express Post for a flat rate of $15 per parcel. This service provides a tracking number and requires a signature upon receipt. This is an overnight express service, however delivery time may vary for rural areas.

International parcels are shipped using Registered Post at a flat rate of $30.  This service provides a tracking number and requires a signature upon receipt, and can take 10 to 20 days.

All parcels are packed with care, and sent using reliable services. Once sent, Saramai cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged items.
